Childcare
Our luxury condos in Vail accommodate travelers of all ages, but if you have a special occasion or are celebrating an anniversary and wish to leave the younger ones at your vacation rental, Vail has babysitting and childcare services available.
Take comfort in the safety and security of having a professional childcare provider come to your private residence while enjoying Vail’s fine dining or a relaxing spa treatment. Select your babysitter or use a company that finds a sitter for you based on your needs or requests.
Since 2002, Care 4 Kids has serviced the Vail and Beaver Creek area and is licensed, bonded, and insured. Safety is their number one priority, and all sitters go through background checks, are CPR certified, and are equipped with educational products and activities from School Zone. They provide general babysitting, short and long-term nannies, sitters for weddings or conferences, and a variety of other occasions. If you need extended care with the same sitter, it’s recommended to schedule a sitter four to six weeks in advance, but for a single night, a week’s notice is sufficient.
If you wish to select your sitter, Care.com offers a list of local Vail babysitters, their pay rate, years of experience, age, and any rating or reviews their profile has. This site does require registration if you wish to use its services.

Capture those special moments with one of Vail’s on-mountain photography services. Vail Resort now offers complimentary photo sessions through EpicMix, a free site that can also collect and organize stats about your day on the slopes.
Look for professional EpicMix photographers wearing green at locations like the Top of Chairs Two and Three, Lionshead and Golden Peak Ski Schools, or the Adventure Ridge Tubing Hill. Eagle Bahn Gondola is also known as a good location for larger group portraits with Mount of the Holy Cross as a backdrop, while the tops of chairs four, five, and 11 offer views of Blue Sky Basin, the Gore Range, and more. You can find your photos online at www.epicmix.com by entering the number on your lift ticket or season pass after purchase.
There are also photographers in town you can consult for a family portrait, special event, or occasion. Axelrod and White Starfish Photography are two options that have received acclaim from local publications and review sites, although there are also many others to choose from.
