Winter
Ski School
Schedule a ski or snowboard lesson with a private instructor for groups of up to six. Private lessons are personalized and tailored to individual skill levels. They also offer video analysis of your day on the mountain. Private lessons are either full-day, half-day in the morning, or half-day in the afternoon and start at $625.
Ski Races
Race your colleagues down a blue run on the EpicMix Racecourse. You can rent it out for private groups and have fun at the awards celebration to see who in your group is the best skier. There are gold, silver, and bronze medals, and winners are determined based on time, age, and gender.
Slopeside Scramble
Hosted by CBST Adventures, a company that specializes in team building, this scavenger hunt sends your teammates around the resort and gives you the chance to ski back down the mountain.
Mountain Tours
Skiing mountain tours are every morning at 10:30 a.m. and are complimentary. They are designed for skiers and boarders at the intermediate level and above. These tours offer information about the mountain and the resort. The tours begin at Eagles Nest and Mid-Vail. They do request that groups of 10 or more have advanced reservations.
Fireworks
Wow, your employees with a private fireworks show that is coordinated with a private dinner at an on-mountain restaurant. Prices start at $5,000 for a three-minute show. Fireworks shows are available year-round and are based on fire conditions.
Summer
Golf
Schedule a group tee time or coordinate a golf tournament for your company. Local Red Sky Ranch & Golf Club offers corporate golf outings and can be arranged by calling (970) 754-5762.
Hiking
The hiking trails are open to the public and you can take a self-guided tour or organize a private group excursion for your nature hike. Hiking tours can be customized to your group and can end at Talon’s Deck at Eagle’s Nest for lunch or dinner.
