Question:

When I make a reservation for one of your luxury Vail rentals, when is the first payment due?

Answer: 

Your first payment is due at the time of the booking.  Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date in the winter, (Sept. 15 for Holiday booking) and 30 days prior to arrival in the summer season.
 

Question:

Does our rental come stocked with linens?
Answer: 

Yes, all of our luxury Vail rentals will come supplied with all the high quality linens, towels, soaps, paper products.
 

Question:
If our property is listed as being on the bus shuttle route, how often does the bus pick up?
Answer:

Generally, the buses run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. every 20 minutes.  We will leave bus schedule in the property that is specific to your bus route.
 

Question:

How do pick up keys to the property?
Answer:

Approximately 1 month prior to your arrival, we will be sending you an online pre-registration form.   After you fill out the form, we will email you the directions to the property along with a lockbox combination, so you will not need to come by our office.
